Aloha! It has been a hectic week for me. What about you?
I was on course on Monday and picked up alot of new skills. As the saying goes, there's no end to learning.
Let's talk about what we have learnt during yesterday's Assembly period. RESPECT.
Such a simple word and yet not everyone is able to practice it. There are various way you can show respect to your friends, family members and others around you. Why don't we first start practicing respect with our friends in class?
We respect our friends when:
- we listen when they talk
- we don't make fun of their names
- we help them instead of laughing at them when they make mistakes.
It is my wish to see all of you working together as a united class. I really do not wish to see any of you turning against one another. To put it honestly, I always feel disappointment when students coming up to me complaining that their friends disrespect them.
Shall we work towards achieving the 3 points I've stated above?
Children, please leave your feelings or comments towards respect in the tag box beside.
Love,
Ms Chew

Hi children!
Are you coping well with your work? Are you adapting well in your new environment? I hope you are doing fine. All of you should be more or less settled in class and should be all geared towards learning enthusiastically. Those whom has not been handing my work on time, I truely hope you can reflect upon your mistake and change for the better.
Well, I shall not go on nagging. I have attached some pictures taken earlier this morning. You may get your parents to take a look at where you're sitting and with whom, you're sitting with.
Lastly, do log in to Lead.com when you've finished all your homework. Let me know if your account is not working.

As a start of a brand new year, I would like to welcome each and every one of you to 4D 2009 with open arms. The year ahead of us is going to be hectic nevertheless, filled with joy and fun.
Parents are encouraged to frequent our class blog in order to keep abreast of all happenings in school. You're also free to leave comments when in doubt.
Last but not least, updates of blog would be done mainly by pupils themselves. I myself would just be an assistant, over-seeing the nitty gritty details. Really look forward to working with you all!
